I have meeting scheduled with my team for later this week to discuss this behavior you are experiencing so we can try to determine what could be causing this to occur. I also remember another report that was posted a few months ago which seemed similar to yours. Can you give that link a look for me?
Lastly, can you please provide the make and model of DAC you are currently working with.
