Description of Issue

when i choose album to play the song timer does not start and a blue light goes side tossed on the time line, like its searching or waiting for song to load?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried ie Rebooting the Roon Core, network and the audio devices?

We wanted to check in with you and ask if the issue you were experiencing was still ongoing? I just responded to your other request via email; feel free to respond wherever you feel most comfortable continuing the conversation.

If the issue is still occurring, have you yet attempted a full reboot of all devices within your setup (Core, router, remotes, etc.), like Carl suggested? Power the devices down, unplug them for a few minutes, plug them back in, and power them on. Is there any change?

How are your router DNS servers configured? Are you using ISP-provided DNS? We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their DNS servers to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), Google (8.8.8.8) or Quad9 (9.9.9.9). Can you please also give this a try and let us know if the issue persists?
