when i choose album to play the song timer does not start and a blue light goes side tossed on the time line, like its searching or waiting for song to load?

If the issue is still occurring, have you yet attempted a full reboot of all devices within your setup (Core, router, remotes, etc.), like Carl suggested? Power the devices down, unplug them for a few minutes, plug them back in, and power them on. Is there any change?
How are your router DNS servers configured? Are you using ISP-provided DNS? We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their DNS servers to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), Google (8.8.8.8) or Quad9 (9.9.9.9). Can you please also give this a try and let us know if the issue persists?
