My computer locks up after roon starts up and runs for a few seconds or minutes

Win 10 latest roon build, I can’t keep roon running long enough to get any info

You have latest graphics drivers installed for your hardware?

Hi @Mike_Pagel,

Thanks for contacting us here, I have a few questions for clarification:

  • Is this a new Roon installation or an existing installation?
  • Are your graphics card drivers up to date?
  • When this “crash” occurs what does the Roon screen look like? Do you perhaps see a white window only?
  • Have you tried rebooting the Core yet? If not I would give this a try (power off, wait 30 seconds, power back on)
