Might be from your advice in this thread? Probably users desperate to get a broken Nucleus working again?
The vital bit being “email us” so they can go and install the right OS on top.
Agreed but easily forgotten when in a panic. Or perhaps some users did and didn’t get a quick enough response from Support?
I’ve unlisted that thread and this one, to avoid someone else picking this up.
The critical part is exactly as @ged_hickman1 said.

This is a moot point for this thread and my issue. I did not install ROCK on my Nucleus and never would.
