My roon core on mac does not start?

Restore from a recent backup.

Hi @connor again.

But my playlists earlier established in ROON does not exsist now. Where can I fin these?

Where can I find this?

You just wrote „Connor“ earlier, and this will not send him a notification (unless you reply directly to someone’s post, but your second one with the playlist problem was no direct reply).

To send someone a notification from a general post you need to add an @ in front of their name, like I did, and you then did as well. Then they will see it in their list of things to respond to.

Your Roon backups would be wherever you saved them using the Roon backup procedure. I have Roon do automatic backups of my Nucleus every night to an attached USB HDD.

Otherwise, I don’t know if you can get them back. Fill out the form and wait for Roon Support to respond. It might take a while.

Also, you should not create multiple threads on a given subject. It just confuses people and doesn’t speed up the process, and might even slow it down.

@Arnt_Berg_Rognli you can see your chosen backup location in the Roon client under settings → backups

Hi @connor . Everything is OK but the playlists created in ROON. Where can I find these?

This is not solved completely. Look at my question

Did you ever make Backups of your Roon database?

By following @connor’s instructions, you have created a new database and you will need to restore a Backup in order to get your Playlists back. See the help article:

@Arnt_Berg_Rognli - could this discovery which I made yesterday help; as well as Geoff’s post, which I strongly gly suggest you pay attention to  .

Hi @Arnt_Berg_Rognli ,

As @Geoff_Coupe mentioned, your Roon-created playlists will be restored once you restore a database backup.
