Description of Issue
“Too many failure”
Here is South Korea. During daytime ROON played well, but night time “too many failure” message occurred and ROON didn’t play any mp3 files. I rebooted my PC and did re-installed ROON but not work. Are there any method to solve this problem?
Did it play the following day? In other words, is your network affected by the time of day?
Edit: I just read your original post more carefully and it appears you’re playing from your PC so presumably Roon is installed on your PC and your library is stored on the local hard drive. That pretty much eliminates network issues. As per the comment above, has the issue resolved itself? The only thing I can think of is a possible hard drive failure. If it was that, it seems you’d also see other issues as well.
When I played on the morning of April 22nd in Korean time, it went well as set
Suddenly stopped working with “Too much failure” message when playing on the afternoon of April 22nd, Korean time
“Backup” restore does not work, completely uninstall and reinstall the program but it was not playing
(I don’t think it’s a hard disk problem because it works well when I play the music in with other players using same file.)
I just reinstalled and roon plays well now. (I did the same way yesterday but it didn’t work) I don’t understand what makes this differences
