I use a Mytek Empire and I’m unsure on how to solve this on that device… Please support me.

Thank you for your post. You can use the IP address of the Mytek to access it like a NAS or network-shared location.You’ll need to use another desktop computer to access the network share location.

Using a Windows machine, open File Explorer and navigate to \IP_address\Data, and use Guest as the username and password. You should then see the RoonServer folder.

Using a Mac, open Finder and navigate to smb://IP_address/Data and use Guest as the username and password. You should then see the RoonServer folder.
where IP address is the local IP address for your Mytek server on the network.
Once you’ve located the RoonServer location, then you can proceed from Step One in these instructions:
