Welcome to the forum.
I’m just a user like yourself.

The NAD M10 V3 has received “Roon Ready” certification only fairly recently. According to the most below, this requires an update of BluOS to version 4.8.17 or higher, and a restart of the Roon Server after the update has been performed.

I’m on 4.8.21 and latest roon version

Hi @ejavier.r.dk ,

Thanks for reaching out. I’ve enabled diagnostics for your account and looking over it, I don’t see the M10 appear at all as a Roon Ready device, which is strange. It looks like the device is certified as far as I can tell from my end, so it should be working. Can you try a full reboot of your network, M10, and Roon Server? Please power off, unplug, wait 30s, power back on for the full reboot. Let us know if this helps!

I would love to but the trial period expired and it makes no sense to me to pay for roon right now unless I get this to work properly. Is there a way to extend the trial until this is resolved?
