Naim Muso 2 not visible in Roon App devices occasionally (ref#MVY7BA)

8:33am, untick authorizations Roon Roon server in security / local network

8:36 am reboot after ticking enable for roon and roon server
But nothing happens

11:52 am without doing anything special, muso and wattson back (control with App)

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t and I cannot guess why…I can’t find where the issue might be

Are you able to use the Muso without issue completely outside of Roon? That would help indicate if its a potential hardware related issue to the device.

If you don’t have any issues, it sounds like it could be something network-related. Sometimes, blocking or throttling a proper connection can cause problems.

Apologies if this has been glazed over, as the thread is now quite long, but have you setup a basic ethernet connection from both your server and the Muso, hardwired directly to your primary router?

Absolutely no problem using muso with its on app for qobuz and via minim server for streaming from my nas

And no change connecting directly to my router
At that time everything is working I’ll post of ot goes wrong again
