Nucleus-Naim Nova- 2x Naim muso - Sonos One
I group all my devices via Airplay. Nova is no longer showing as the Roon Ready, and is not grouping with others (In the process of trying to sort it out, it has now changed to Chromecast). How do get it back to airplay please?
Go to Roon > Settings > Audio and verify that the respective output targets are enabled.
Roon Ready and Airplay are different things and therefore are in different groups on this settings page. (Roon Ready is a separate group that contains only devices that support Roon Ready. Airplay appears in the Roon Tested group, if I remember correctly)
A device that supports several types of inputs (e.g., Roon Ready, Airplay, Chromecast) appears several times in the different groups, and each one can be enabled/disabled independently.
Thanks. I believe they are enabled but Nova is not via Chromecast, not airplay as it should. How do I change that?
What are the available options if you click the 
icon next to the Nova?
I’m not sure how this is expected to look on a phone. On PC or tablet it looks like this, with clearly separate groups (Roon Tested would be further down, not shown in this screenshot)
I’m not home right now and can’t check with the phone.
In any case, also open the Focal & Naim app on the phone and ensure that the Nova’s Airplay input is enabled in its Inputs menu

I just wanted to follow up with you and see if you’re still experiencing issues. As a note zones of different types cannot be grouped together. So an AirPlay zone and a Roon ready zone will not be able to be synced together.
