I just experienced the same thing this morning with Roon unable to access existing folders on NAS. It just suddenly losing the access. I have to redo by adding a new network share and adding back all the inaccessible folders again. And of course, Room has to rebuild the DB again.
I’m using NUC/ROCK.

It has been awhile. I rebooted my NAS and ROCK, and it has been back to normal. So, I don’t think I can replicate the same problem again.
