Playlist Improve function: Better replacement of unavailable tracks

The actual “Improve” function of playlists needs some tweaking. I still have regularly songs in my playlists that have become unavailable (Qobuz) but the Roon Improve function has not come up with a replacement of the track. Feature to locate other Qobuz versions of "Unavailable" tracks
