Is it possible to connect a monitor to the HDMI output of the Nucleus and see if any display when you restart the Nucleus?

Welcome to the forum. Please, let us know what you see on the HDMI output of the Nucleus. If you have a USB → Ethernet adapter, you can try to plug that in to see if it resolves the issue with the Nucleus getting an IP.
