Network error cannot log in to nucleus (plus Nucleus forgets login credentials and password)

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Nucleus, OS Version 1.0 (build 227) stable
Roon Server Software Version 1.7 (build 610) stable
Roon Labs oftware, Version 1.0 (build 12) stable.

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Nucleus connected via Ethernet Hub to Eero

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Connected to Marantz SR5014 via HDMI

Description Of Issue

  1. Roon recognizes Nucleus Core in network
  2. Click on “connect”
  3. Log-in screen appearing, I enter log-in credentials email and password
    (Note: Both correct when logging into roonlabs in browser, same network via wifi)
  4. Roon replies “network error:please check your internet connection”
  5. However, I can reach the roon nucleus admin page via IP in the browser via wifi - here it works

What can the issue be? Hub works fine as Nucleus can be found by scan and admin page can be opened via browser. So I exclude the hub and the cable.

Can you please check resp. run logs?

Do you know what DNS your network is using? If you try Google or Cloudflare DNS is there any change?

Step 1: I did set the eero Router back to the Standard DNS Settings.
Step 2: I rebooted Nucleus via the WebAdmin Interface
Step 3: Restarted iOS app, chose Nucleus and entered credentials
Result: log—in now works
