Just to clarify, are you having issues reaching Roon Server from your remotes or Zones, or is this issue limited to ARC and port forwarding?
The diagnostic message you’ve shared indicates that Roon Server couldn’t find any UPnP services preinstalled in the router to auto-configure port forwarding. Had you previously relied on UPnP, or did you create a manual port forwarding rule in your router admin settings page?
Do you only have one router in your setup, or several?
We’ll follow up with next steps once we’ve clarified these details. Thank you!
Wanted to follow up on this and see where things stand. Have you had a chance to check whether the problem is limited to Roon ARC and port forwarding, or if your remotes and Zones are also affected, and to confirm whether you were relying on UPnP or a manual forwarding rule? If you have not already, please take a look at the ARC port forwarding guide for multiple NAT and let us know whether you have one router or several in the path. Reply with any updates when you are ready, and we can go from there.
