It doesn’t work for me…
It works for me every time. What are your exact steps? This is what I do:
- In the Qobuz app, favorite the album you want to access on Roon.
- In Roon, go to the main menu and select Qobuz.
- On Roon’s Qobuz page, tap on the refresh icon (circling arrow) at upper left
You should now see the album in your Roon library. For example, in the Roon home page under Recent Activity > ADDED

Thanks for your reply, but I’m already familiar with the process. However, it doesn’t work with the Stones’ album Foreign Tongues, just like with any new release that hasn’t been updated by Roon-Qobuz.
That is probably not the best approach. I seriously doubt such a threat would be considered possible.
A sit-down meeting to explain how much Qobuz means to many of us in the Roon universe and how Roon would appreciate its customers be treated the same as Tidal users should be sufficient.
The “nuclear option” isn’t actually a legitimate threat, all things considered. Individualy we can’t do much about this, but Roon should lead a soft charge on behalf of its customers.
I was being sarcastic. A joke of sorts.
I thought it would be more obvious, sorry. The thought of dropping Qobuz to solve the problem of Qobuz late releases is of course ridiculous.
I’m also not sure playing to the sympathy of the folks at Qobuz would be effective, they are a business, and I’m not even sure how much Roon users mean to them, as Roon users subscribed to Qobuz is a subset of all Roon users. But I’m not against new ideas being brought forward.

Maybe if the bigwigs at Roon kept us informed of developments… just a crazy idea, by the way…
BTW the latest Stones album is still unavailable on Roon.
I’ve noticed that this kind of situation is becoming more and more frequent.
I just tried this, for the new Stones album; doesn’t work for me, either.
Maybe next Friday.
I’d bet on it in a year !
Been doing step 1 for years with success. I add them via Qobuz and wait about an hour, and they are in arc for streaming. If you are still not seeing the Stones album, then maybe you have a build issue going on? I recently ran into this as ARC stopped working but the build issues started before that, this is after 3+ years of running the same build.
Also, I’m wondering if users in some time zones face longer delays than say myself in the US. Food for thought.

Indeed, I have noticed that the release dates of new albums vary depending on the country, region, or time zone.
