Description of Issue
You just sent me a replacement Nucleus+ and I have hooked it up and tried to establish a connection with my iPad. I got the message that the Nucleus+ had 1.6 (build 416) installed and needed to be updated. (My iPad is running 1.8 (build 831).
I selected “update” and it appeared that the download started OK. However, after about 5 minutes the status bar appeared to “freeze”. I thought it might be a long download so I left the system on and, I thought, downloading overnight. It has been showing the same status for approximately 18 hours so I think something is wrong. I am reluctant to interrupt the process so I need guidance on what to do.
Please help.
