New router and now Roon ARC cannot access my Roon Core

I have just set up a NetComm modem for a FTTP fibre internet service. Roon works fine within my new home network. I now find that I cannot get Roon ARC to access my Roon Core (my Windows 11 PC).

Here is the Diagnostics data:

{
“ipv4_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“159.aaa.bbb.ccc”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“null”,“router_external_ip”:“null”},
“status”: MultipleNatFound
,
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“192.168.20.1”,“found_upnp”:true}
}

My router DOES have UPnP enabled.
Please help!

What do you mean by wireless access point? I have my NetComm Router in my study.

Yes that is how the wireless network is generated.

Aussie Broadband is my ISP. Are you saying that my ISP does not allow the use of Roon ARC?

Ok thanks for your help.

I have contacted my ISP (Aussie BB) and they have flicked a switch so that I can now use Roon ARC i.e. my Roon Core can now be accessed.

I took my car for a test drive and Roon ARC is now working!!!
Hooray :slight_smile:

Thanks for your help and advice. :+1:
