Obviously this is ridiculous as the Nexus has a resolution of 2048 by 1536

Can you verify what the scaling settings are currently set to in the device’s settings?
I’m not sure what that means. Scaling settings where? I don’t recall setting any.

What we’re looking for here is any setting that may control the size of what is displayed. This setting will vary on different Android devices. Below are some screenshots of some settings on my phone that could affect this:
Display Size is set to Default
Font Size is set to Default
I cannot locate an “App Scaling” setting. I have tried under “Display” and used the Search facility in settings but all that is returned under “scaling” is “Display Size” which is as above
