No access to Nucleus Core from Ipad

My Ipad IOS is 15.7 and looks fully updated. I don’t know how to provide all the info you need, but can say that my Iphone 12 still has access to the core. After trying to update to 2.0 on the Ipad, it shows a ‘connect’ button, but the system seems to be stuck when I try to hit it and there is no way back. It seems as if it is trying to update, but it’s not clear. The screen is glitching. Frustrating!

Reboot the iPad and try again

Thank you for your patience in awaiting a response. Roon diagnostics show the iPad did get updated.

Are you still having issues? Is there anything I can do to assist?
