Thanks for writing in! Unfortunately, we’re not seeing any Arc diagnostic information tied to your Arc device.

If you quit Arc and reboot your mobile device, does the same issue occur?

Hello please see picture. I rebooted the Iphone and no album covers show. Should I delete and re install the app ?

I deleted the app and reinstalled ARC. The covers are back and it is solved.

Excuse me but nothing works with ARC. No album covers on my Applecarplay screen and no songs that start to play. Nothing works with ARC in my car. P,lease run diagnostics.

Hello I previously mentioned the issue was solved but it is not. On my Iphone ARC shows the album covers now after I reinstalled the app but the music wont play. It gives an error message. On my Applecarplay screen in my car no albumcovers are shown and music wont start. ARC is connected to my Nucleus one. Can you please run a diagnostics on ARC.

Excuse me I opened another case as I am still facing difficulties with ARC. Nothing works.

Thank you for the report and we’re sorry to hear you’re encountering issues.

  1. What do you see in your ARC Settings page under the Cloud and Server connectivity indicators when you are connected to CarPlay? Do you have strong connectivity (green light)?

  2. Are you attempting to play streaming service music, local music, or both? Do you have any content downloaded to the phone, and do those locally-downloaded tracks play?

  3. Does ARC play outside of CarPlay when you are in the same location?

  4. Lastly, what is the error message you see in Roon ARC itself? Do you have any error messages in Roon Settings → ARC at home?

Hello Connor. Installing Tailscale seemed to have solved everything. ARC works just fine but it is slow to start playing new albums from Tidal.
