Did you upgrade to macOS 15?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. If you have upgraded to macOS 15 there is a known issue there. Check macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network, make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot the Mac. A lot of users have been helped by this.
