Description of Issue

Roon is reporting that “No audio devices are found” on both Mac OS and Andriod apps, it’s a black screen. In the past I’ve seen my local machine and Sonos devices.

Have you done basic troubleshooting like reboot everything from modem upward?

Yes, everything has been rebooted.

Can you try the following?

  • Stop RoonServer on the Web UI
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location - Database\Registry\Core
  • Locate your tidal_account file and delete it
  • Try to start Roon again
