"No Available Display"

@support: Good morning all;

system: 2018 Mac Mini 3.2GHz i7, 16GB ram, 256GB internal SSD with 4TB external USB 3.1 SSD. Mojave 10.14.3
Note: roon is set to fast/3 core but after initial import, this system is mostly idle

Monitor: 50 inch Sharp smartv 4k fed via HDMI from the Mac

DAC: Gryphon Audio Diablo 120 Internal DAC

Roon Core: 1.6 build 390 (same for the iOS device)

Problem: on the latest roon update, I noticed that the DSP options no longer display under Settings/Audio/DAC (they had before). after reading the troubleshooting guides, it seems this is tied to display size so I checked under Settings/Display and “No Available Display” is shown.

I rebooted all (TV, Mac, DAC) but to no avail. I also tried connection with my iphone (XR, latest iOS) but the same issue exist. No cable changes have been made.

Thoughts?

Hi @Paul_Chirayath,

Displays settings are for using Chromecast or web browsers as a Roon Display.

If you’re looking for DSP options, you can find that here:
