Describe the issue

No connexion to Nucleus One with the roon app (on an Android smartphone).

Describe your network setup

My router is a Livebox 7 by Orange. I have a network base on powerlin adapters (CPL in France) running perfectly for every device connected.

Hello @Alain_PERRAUD,

Thank you for reaching out to Roon Support.

Would you kindly try connecting your Nucleus directly to the Livebox 7 via Ethernet, bypassing the powerline adapters for testing?

Once connected, please try searching for the Roon Server again while your control device is connected to the WiFi provided by the Livebox 7 (not via CPL or other access points).

This test will help us determine whether the powerline network may be interfering with Roon’s discovery protocols.

Meanwhile I did a reset of data and settings from my PC.
And when I tried again on the phone I was given the choice between Nucleus One or my prior PC core.
After choosing Nucleus One everything started correctly with my phone and with my tablet too.
So everything is fixed, but how can I delete my prior PC server which doesn’t exist any more but was still a choice when I restarted Roon.
Thanks.
Alain, Lyon France

Hello @Alain_PERRAUD,

You don’t need to delete the old server. Just disable it on the Windows PC by right-clicking the Roon icon in the system tray near the clock. Uncheck ‘Run at startup’ and click ‘Quit’
