I have a new SMSL DAC M500 as output from ROON running on my MAC mini. I want to use the headphone jack but I cannot get any sound from it. I have used the mini with a Zorloo Ztella and it works great.
I get signal info on the M500 front panel for normal and MQA files but no sound. Could it be defective as received or maybe I have something set up wrong?
