Hello,
Since a few days, the covers are missing on my iPad while it’s OK on my iPhone and my MBP core.
Can’t find any issue to this problem.

I’m not sure if this will help but you could try clearing the image cache.

I’ve finally found the solution : put off the Norton VPN allows to load all the pictures.
