Description of Issue

Burson Audio Conductor 3P via USB cable to MacBook Air m1. Monitor between MacBook and burson.

I thought it might be the cable or monitor in between, but it has worked intros chain before. I am also seeing th connection and Roon recognizes the device, no error message. It indicates playback but no sound comes from the headphones. I have restarted Roon and the Burson a few times.

Any other thoughts would be most welcome, this setup was working very well before and I am frustrated I cant find a fix to get it going again.

Tried a high quality direct connection cable from the MacBook Air to the Burson, still nothing.

Uh Oh. Does not seem like a Roon issue. The burson will not output any sound through usb, tried several inputs iPhone, DAP, nothing. Strangely, it will work via Bluetooth. Look like the digital input got fried somehow.

I ave unplugged hoping a reset will help. otherwise it’ll be a Burson warranty claim.

My apologies for such a long delay in getting back to you! I’m sorry to hear you’re not able to get audio at all from your new gear I wanted to check in to see what your current status is. Did you mange to sort things out?

Are you only having issues with Roon at this point?
