I just wanted to reach out and let you know that our team is hard at work on this and we’ll be sure to update you when we have more information. Please see our latest updates here:
Our team has been hard at work gathering data and doing internal testing on this issue and we wanted to provide everyone with an update:
In our recent releases we’ve been working toward improving Roon’s graphical capabilities, and unfortunately these changes appear to be causing issues on some older Android devices with certain Adreno 300-series GPUs. Our QA team (and our alpha testers) test with a wide variety of devices, but unfortunately the device that we use to test this GPU family happens…
We are aware of an issue affecting Windows devices with certain older Radeon GPUs that is preventing text from displaying on the latest version of Roon (B521). Our team is currently investigating this issue and we are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
We will be sure to update everyone here when we have an update on this issue. You have our apologies for any inconvenience this issue may cause.
