Format a usb pen drive in FAT32. Unzip the image file to it. Unplug power and network cables from the node and put usb stick in next to ethernet.
Put power in and press and hold play (red circle) until it goes green then red again, at which point you let go.
After a few seconds the light will pulse green and red whilst firmware is updated. Takes a few minutes.
