Description of Issue
My audio device dissappeared from Roon remote (I use iPad Pro for roon remote), and
does not show any audio devices to connect to.
I re-installed Roon Remote in iPad, but it did not change.
I would appreciate your help. Thanks so much
Ignacio
Try rebooting your core machine.
Thanks. I already did. No change afterward.

Try rebooting your streamer. This sometimes happens with my streamer (other brand) and a reboot sorts it out.
Also make sure it’s enabled under your Roon remote audio settings.

also restart your networking gear as another data point
Done that too. Thanks.
I think the problem is with my SonicTransporter which has the Roon Core.
Thank you again.

Hi @Ignacio_Arribas , can you try this:
Exit out of Roon/Roon Server
Navigate to your Roon Database Location - Database\Registry\Core
Locate your tidal_account file and delete it
Try to start Roon again

Thanks so much for your suggestion. It turned out that it was my Sonic Transporter, which carries the Roon Core, that has stopped working.
Thanks again.
