Now it’s easy to find the PERFECT headphone
It takes a while to get through the selection criteria, but then you get the result.
I did the test and ended up with the one that I already have
Have fun

I landed on Focal Clear. That’s what I have.
I landed on “Austrian Audio - The Composer” (open back, dynamic driver headphone, sensitivity: 112 dBspl/V and impedance: 22 Ω)
For me easy to drive is very important because I “only” use DAP + Dongle with my HP.
It would be nice if there were more easy to drive HP on the market.

I landed on Modhouse Tungsten twice, which is what I’ve auditioned a couple of times and may purchase. This was kind of helpful in my search (read: validated what I was looking at anyway).
Going around a third time because I was 50:50 on some choices I got the ZMF Atrium, which I like, but not much more than my current HD800S. I prefer the Caldera, but the Atrium are good.
I would like a section between $3000 and the sky’s the limit sections.
That is a ultra low sensitivity and high impedance planar. A dongle will not do the job

I am lucky to have the Ferrum Oor, so I will not have a dongle a problem. If I do get them I will try on my Chord Mojo 2, just to see what that can do.
