Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

When this issue occurs, are you still able to access the Web UI? Do you see any error messages in Roon or how exactly is it crashing? Does audio playback stop, Roon remotes disconnect?
