Nucleus cannot find Mytek Brooklyn Bridge after several tries

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Room Nucleus , Mytek Brooklyn Bridge

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Ethernet cable is CAT 8 , connect between nucleus and WiFi router

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Previously, connected nucleus and mytek brooklyn bridge with stock USB cable. Everything work well until I tried changing stock USB to audiophile USB cable.

I stopped music playing first and replace stock USB with audiophile USB. however, after connect new USB, nucleus cannot connect with Mytek Brooklyn Bridge.

Description Of Issue

Nucleus cannot find Mytek Brooklyn Bridge, try unplug and plug USB many times, switch off Mytek and Nucleus many times, but cannot solve this problem… (no back up)

Welcome to the forum!

Can you please share a screenshot of your Roon Settings -> Audio tab?

If you try connecting the Mytek back with the stock cable, does it work as expected once more?
