Nucleus can't detect audio devices, now "waiting for Roon Server..."

Hi,

I’ve been running a Nucleus Rev. B for about two years, and this is the second time it randomly forgot my Qobuz login info and all my audio devices. I have the Nucleus connected directly to a google Nest wifi unit, and then connected via USB to a Denafrips Pontus 2 dac.

The nucleus.local page shows everything is running. This has happened before and was fixed by renaming RAATServer to RAATServer_old, but this time that didn’t work. Very Frustrating. Sent in a customer support request two days ago, no response.
