Nucleus fails to connect despite WiFi changes (ref#KVUX2S)

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon Server app in the taskbar (MacOS), task manager (Windows) or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

I go to room
It shows my nucleus and says sign
But thr icon just stays on and never connects
I have tried 2 different WiFi just in case I wasn’t on the correct one but same problem

Thank you for reaching out. According to the diagnostics on the unit, it looks like your Nucleus is not getting an IPv4 address and is also using a RoonServer version that is not the latest. Please try to see if an Operating System restore from the Web UI helps.

How did you try the WiFi? Please note that the Nucleus and the remote device controlling it needs to be on the same network / subnet range. Let us know if these suggestions help!
