As soon I connect the HDMI ports interference comes through the speakers. This is without connecting to Roon.
I first connected through my Marantz Cinema 50.
I then connected directly to the Sony OLED TV HDMI port to cross check if it were the receiver. No luck.
Any HDMI I connect to renders static and feedback.
I’m about to return the unit unless someone can help.
Ben here with the support team, I’m so sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your new Nucleus! Something certainly doesn’t sound right (no pun intended) but I’m not able to connect to the device as it doesn’t appear to be online.
If possible, could you please boot up the Nucleus and connect it to your network? From there we can enable diagnostics to take a closer look.
How is your Nucleus connected to power? Are you using any specific model of power strip, or is it directly plugged into the wall?
