Is Roon Server running?

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

My Necleus is powered on but no longer connects to the network. When I check the connection status on my switch it connects for a few seconds and then disconnects, and this keeps repeating

Unifi dream machine Pro controller with a 24 port pro switch. No network settings have been changed prior or since it stopped working

Try connecting an HDMI TV/Monitor to the Nucleus to see what messages are issued during the power up sequence.

Hi @alaince,

Please try connecting the HDMI output to a display as suggested above - this will give a hardware diagnostic printout from the BIOS.

Please also share a screenshot of the Nucleus Web Administration page. Do you see any errors or issues reported with RoonOS?

Connected external display and received no signal message.
Also noticed that when the power button was pressed for a reboot that I was unable to power back on with the power button unless I removed the power cable and replaced. Then I could power the nucleus back on, with a no signal message on the display.
Please provide details for a repair or replacement of the nucleus.
