Hello @mc_camerano , Thanks for letting us know of this update. Yes, it does sound like you might have a ground loop issue. I am not aware of any way to attach a ground wire to the Nucleus, I would not advise opening it up. While we can’t recommend a specific method to eliminate it, there are a few, this article can help get you started:

) we might assume that you have a ground loop problem.

We’d recommend you to try to get an HDMI Isolator or try an Optic Fiber HDMI cable so it does not transmit screen current. It seem to help in such cases.
