Thanks for letting us know of this update. Yes, it does sound like you might have a ground loop issue. I am not aware of any way to attach a ground wire to the Nucleus, I would not advise opening it up. While we can’t recommend a specific method to eliminate it, there are a few, this article can help get you started:
