Describe the issue

it looks like nucleus one doesn't recognise my IP address. can you reset my nucleus from tour side or is any hard reset button i can find on device to reset to factory settings?

Describe your network setup

i'm using rj-45 ethernet goes from the wall to nucleus and then with usb out to my SMSL PO100 PRO and then to SMSL D400 EX and then to Maerantz PM8006. Everything worked fine for a month with this setup and now stopped.

Hello @Iggy_Shaw,

Thank you for reaching Roon support. We do not have remote access to the device.

As a next step, let’s reset the network settings on the Nucleus. Steps to follow below:

  1. Connect the Nucleus to a monitor or TV via HDMI.
  2. Connect a USB keyboard to the Nucleus.
  3. Power on the Nucleus and let it boot.
  4. Press ENTER
  5. Type resetnetwork
  6. Press ENTER

Let me know if you’re able to connect afterward. Thanks! :+1:

Hi @Iggy_Shaw,

We wanted to reach out before this thread auto-closed for inactivity. Diagnostics indicate that a Nucleus One associated with your account has been online since your last post. Are we correct in assuming your issue is resolved? We’ll tentatively mark the above post as a Solution, but the thread will remain open for a day or so in case you require further assistance.

Thanks!
