So, been out of town for a week and come home and its working. I left it on all week in case you wanted to pull logs, I came home the Yggy was showing up in roob One server and audio is working . Now, I am afraid to turn it off.
Thanks for the update - we’re happy to hear things are functioning properly upon your return. We’re still not seeing your Nucleus in terms of communicating with our servers, so if you’d like to submit another set of manual logs from the machine, we’d be happy to take another look!
You can use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader. Once logs have been uploaded, please let us know so that we can check the server for your files, thanks!
We wanted to reach out since a few days had passed.
If you’re still having issues with device discover between the Nucleus and the YGGDRASIL, please share the following two items here:
-
a screenshot of the Nucleus Web Administration Page, including the network section
-
a screenshot of the either Signal Path or the Settings → Audio page within Roon
-
a brief description of any network security you might be using on any of these machines, including antivirus or third-party firewall software. We suspect software is actively preventing the handshake between certain Roon devices in this environment. I’d at least ensure on your Windows remote that the Windows Defender firewall currently has Roon.exe and related Roon processes exempted, as these can default to “unsafe” after Windows updates.
We’ll keep an eye out for your response. Thanks!
