Nucleus One not detected on network and Roon app cannot detect automatically (ref#D0FQEE)

Would @benjamin please show me how to unplug and reset the fan cable step by step? This connection seems very compact, and I have no experience to do that.

The RMA team had replied to me. They wish me to send the Nucleus One back to Harman International Roon at New York. But they would afford the shipping label to return only for USA based address. I can understand it.

If you are not comfortable resetting the cable, I’d recommend moving forward with the RMA team in this case. :slightly_smiling_face:
