· The Nucleus boots up and I can connect to it in the Roon app without issue, but I have a question about configuration/storage/attached devices

Describe the issue

hi, I bought a Nucleus One (which was delivered to me on February 19)
I have a problem with installing a hard disk to use as internal storage because it does not recognize the HDD
I tried with a 4TB Crucial SSD BX500 HDD and two 1TB and 2TB Samsung 870 QVOs but none of these HDDs were recognized.
The same 3 HDDs connected as external storage via the USB port were instead regularly recognized and mounted.
I therefore believe that the device has a problem
Can you please tell me how to solve it?
Thank
