· The Nucleus boots up and I can connect to it in the Roon app without issue, but I have a question about configuration/storage/attached devices
Describe the issue
I just received a Nucleus One and installed it utilizing my network switch which also is where my other audio devices are connected. I was using my Dell Laptop as the Roon Core before and successfully got the Nucleus One connected as the Core on the Dell laptop, but the iOS phone Roon app still shows itself as the Core. How do I remove it and attach the Nucleus One instead? When I search for the Roon Nucleus on the app it doesn't show up. Also, now my Lumin U2 no longer shows up as an audio device as "Roon Ready" or otherwise unless I select "Streaming On" the Lumin settings, whereupon it shows up in the Roon as an AirPlay device, not Roon Ready. Very frustrated and could use help please.
Last night my Roon was connected to my Lumin U2 and working. I switched the audio from the U2 to my Bluesound Vault 2i and this morning Roon no longer “sees” the U2 as a device.
I went into the Lumin app and settings again and appears to be connected to the network.
Running version 10.1.1 and was updated on 11-4-24.
Any help would be appreciated.
I am looking over your account diagnostics but I don’t see the Nucleus One showing up as an active Core (or registered to your account for that matter). Are you able to access the Nucleus Web UI successfully? Can you share a screenshot of what you see listed there if so?
