Nucleus One server lost connection and won't reconnect (ref#K9NS5L)

Network Setup

· I use my ISP's router alongside a personal router.

ARC Status

· ARC is *Not Ready*

Roon Error Code

· The ARC settings page says "Not Ready," but I can still connect to ARC via cellular data. I'm having another problem.

Describe the issue

Good afternoon, this morning I was playing music at home through my Nucleus One room stereo. The playback stopped, and since then my server has no connection, neither at home, nor through ARC, nor anything else. I've restarted the server and the router several times, and it still has no connection. Can you give me a solution? I've been using it for over a month. I purchased a lifetime license, and everything was working fine; I was very happy until now...

Describe your network setup

Es un router normal de el proveedor DIGI y funciona con total normalidad

Hello @Pedro_Jesus_Gonzalez,

Thanks for sharing your issue.

We were able to retrieve diagnostic data from your device, and it appears to be running normally at this time.

Could you please try to access the Web Administration Interface of your Nucleus and let us know if you are able to connect successfully?

Thanks.

Good morning, after getting home and checking my PC, router, etc., and with the help of ChatGPT, I finally fixed it without any problems. It was something silly: the Ethernet port on the switch to which the Nucleus was connected, even though it was receiving a signal, was faulty or weak for some reason, and the network couldn’t find the Nucleus. I simply switched to a different port directly on the router, and everything worked perfectly. Thank you very much for your help. Regards
