Nucleus One unresponsive after power outage with only power light active (ref#H632HQ)

· After a power outage nucleus one is dead. Only Power light works. Does not show up on home network. Purchased in July 2025. My options?

Thanks for the report, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your Nucleus One after the power outage.

As a quick check, please try the following first:

  1. Connect the Nucleus One to a TV or monitor via HDMI.
  2. Connect a USB keyboard.
  3. Power the unit on and wait 1–2 minutes.
  4. If anything appears on the screen, please take a photo of the HDMI output and share it here.

This will help us determine whether the system is still booting or if the issue is related to a hardware failure.

If nothing appears on the screen at all (no boot messages, no prompt), then the most likely cause is a hardware fault triggered by the power outage. In that case, the next step would be to proceed with an RMA.
