No mine is always on. That’s why I bought it… But as I said before I have to restart it every 2 or 4 days in order to have a decent performance.
Yes. Need it for ARC. I reboot it every few weeks or so.
You have to go back to network first principles. One switch, a feed into that switch for internet and Nucleus and endpoints connected. No filters, no fancy cable. Just UTP cable. And one WiFi connection. See how it behaves when rigged as simply as possible.
