Can you please try to plug your Nucleus to some display via HDMI cable and share a picture with us ?
It should show you an IP address it is reachable by and you might need to enter this IP address in the browser on machine within same local network.
If it is broken it will show different information.

Yes I have windows 11. I have tried all combinations and still can’t find it. Even tried 2 different routers but still nothing. Worked fine a couple moths ago before we moved. Setting up in new house all dead
I have pluged in to my tv and also monitor with hdmi cable. Both times just blank screen
then your Nucleus is Caput
You should see a basic screen saying Nucleus and an IP address
It could be the M.2 SSD or the motherboard, I suppose you can remove the SSD and put it in an external housing to test
Unfortunately, that means that your Nucleus is likely broken.
If you want to proceed with replacement or repair with us please open a new ticket to support and choose an option in typeform “I have a problem with hardware or physical component of my nucleus”.
This will create a ticket to RMA team and we’ll proceed with this case accordingly.
