Nucleus Plus Rev B not recognized or accessible despite network reboots (ref#FP4A48)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Roon Nucleus Plus Rev B bought March 3rd 2024 from authorize dealer. Setup: Archer AX3000 router to Silent Angel switch to Melco switch to Nucleus. Since a couple of weeks Roon cannot find Nucleus. Restarted router, switches, Nucleus multiple times. Did have some issues months ago where Nucleus would not be recognized. Leaving it on it would connect a couple days later. This happen twice before it stop working. Try to connect a monitor on the HDMI port and a keyboard but nothing shows on the screen. Keyboard light don't light up. Check the keyboard on a computer and it's working. Power on button lits and ethernet light are on and blinking. Tried a recovery with a USB stick prepared with BalenaEtcher software but it seems I cannot access the BIOS to select the drive to boot from.

The best next step here is to get in touch with our RMA department directly, as they’re in charge of all hardware-related Nucleus issues.
